What you'll do...
As a part of Walmart Connect, you'll build industry-defining ad platforms that enable suppliers and sellers to connect meaningfully with shoppers, through high performing advertising that leverages Walmart's massive omni-channel data.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be leading a team of talented PMMs and will be responsible for enabling go-to-market strategy and processes for the entire PMM team . You and your team will oversee a growing suite of advertising product s focusing on adoption strateg ies and deliver ing market intelligence.
You and your team will be owning and responsible for e nsuring the Product Marketing team can scale effectively to support the growth and adoption of Walmart Connect's offerings. From refining processes like go-to-marke t , product strategy, product readiness, adoption funnel to building scalable tools and systems .
As the lead of a team, you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, managing, and developing a team of high performing PMMs .
Experience in the advertising tech industry is crucial, with broad knowledge of search, display, social and measurement a plus .
The ideal candidate for this role is a strong writer and communicator with a track record of working with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, training, operations) .

Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product marketing
5+ years of experience in the Online Advertising Industry
2+ years in team management or leadersh i p role
A solid understanding of advertising technologies
Proven ability to form relationships and lead cross functional teams
Embrace working in a fast paced continually evolving environment
Exceptional communication skills in both writing and presentation
Analytical and data-driven
Structured and a strategic thinker
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
