Walmart Senior Manager, Product Marketing, In-store Advertising - Walmart Connect in San Bruno, California

We are seeking an experienced, Senior Manager, Product Marketing for the growing suite of In-store Advertising Products . In this role, you will own go-to-market for Walmart's in-store advertising solutions. You will develop market and product strategies, create product positioning and messaging, define, and execute go-to-market strategies, and enable revenue-bearing teams. You will play a pivotal role in driving market success and adoption of your products.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a revenue-motivated leader who can establish product and adoption growth strategies that solves market needs and have a demonstrated track record of launching features in the market. Experience working in retail media and have an understanding of the digital out of home ecosystem is preferred

You'll make an impact by:

  • Driving product adoption and usage by providing effective product launch strategy & support

  • Develop, conduct, and utilize market research to learn customer needs, desires, and competitor information as well as industry trends.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to define the vision and strategic direction and priorities for Walmart Connects product offering

  • Develop and manage end-to-end product marketing project plans ensuring on-time delivery; communicate effectively with partner teams to ensure all associated work streams deliver as planned

  • Identify market opportunities; build data and audience driven product marketing strategy, and develop a business case working closely with product teams and sales

  • Create MRD (Marketing requirement doc) and collaborate with product teams to define product priorities

  • Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive successful alpha and beta to test product-market fit, gain direct customer and advertiser feedback, build use cases for more efficient product development iterations.

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product suite

  • Lead sales enablement efforts, partnering closely with marketing, corp comms and learning & development teams

  • Drive adoption of products and ensure best practices

  • Provide thought leadership on market and competitive trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing and 5+ years of experience in the Advertising Industry.

  • A solid understanding of advertising technologies

  • Proven ability to form relationships and lead cross functional teams

  • Embrace working in a fast paced continually evolving environment

  • Exceptional communication skills in both writing and presentation

  • Analytical and data-driven

  • Structured and a strategic thinker

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279/Los Angeles, California US-10988:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
