What you'll do...

Senior Manager - Business Insights and Analysis (Advertising Systems Solutions)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on customer problems and market needs, engaging deeply with various stakeholders reliant on internal advertising platforms and CRM tools.

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of multiple projects at different lifecycle stages, demonstrating exceptional prioritization skills to drive significant impact in the role. This includes partnering closely with stakeholders to represent customer requirements effectively.

  • Influence and shape product or platform enhancement requirements during the early stages of planning and development by clearly articulating customer feedback from internal stakeholders. Become a trusted advisor and recognized thought leader in the problem/solution space.

  • Play a pivotal role in establishing best-in-class Advertising Systems Solutions by leveraging opportunities to share industry best practices, evolve processes, and frameworks that deliver tangible benefits to various teams and stakeholders.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and oversight to a team, ensuring clarity on business requirements and driving successful internal platform implementations.

  • Develop and communicate a compelling vision for enhancements, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive sales and marketing enablement strategies.

  • Offer strategic support in preparing comprehensive briefing packages and presentations for high-level leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce, retail media, ad operations, or sales operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and initiatives, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

  • Strong expertise in overseeing and maintaining easily digestible business requirement documentation for various levels of seniority within an organization.

  • Experience in the advertising world or digital media, understanding industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to work effectively across multiple time zones.

  • Comfortable interfacing with and presenting to executive leadership within a large organization.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in digital media strategies, including online advertising, social media marketing, and digital content creation.

  • Experience in sales operations and analysis, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.

  • Proven ability to identify and implement fit gap solutions to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.

  • Understanding of sales or account management principles, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.

HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279/Los Angeles, California US-10988:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
