Walmart Senior Analyst, Business Development, Collectibles- Marketplace in San Bruno, California

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

What You Will Do:

We are seeking a sales hunter to identify new markets and business prospects, develop new revenue streams, and manage potential leads. This role focuses on growing the business by cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding mutual value propositions, and addressing risks. You will manage overall sales strategy, optimize profit and loss, support financial operations, and ensure alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will provide expertise in the development and implementation of business solutions, while upholding company policies and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of eCommerce management experience

  • 2 years of sales experience

  • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting

  • Consultative approach to setting sellers up for success

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Collectibles and Sports Memorabilia market

  • Attendance at the National Sports Card Convention and Comic Cons

  • Experience managing a Collectible Business

  • Seller-obsessed and relationship-driven

  • Highly organized with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets

  • Visionary with a competitive edge

  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments

  • Proven results-oriented leadership

  • Confident in cold outreach within the e-commerce space

  • Builds trust quickly and leads by influence

  • Experience with large CRMs like Salesforce

  • Team-oriented, quick to mentor and coach others

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401/Austin, Texas US-10255/Salt Lake City, Utah US-11578:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
