Google Cluster Manager, Environmental Health and Safety in San Bruno, California
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in the field of Emergency Response/Management.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of emergency response regulations and standards as they apply to business operations, and experience supporting emergency situations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and succeed in a highly complex and ambiguous environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lead the development, implementation, and management of Bay Area Emergency Response operations based on regulatory requirements and best management practices.
Integrate emergency response solutions into day to day operations, while promoting safe work practices based on regulatory requirements and best management practices.
Oversee development of educational material (e.g., program documentation, training, SOPs, and other documents to support initiatives) and implementation of technology systems to assist with the scalability and tracking of Emergency Response Programs.
Support emergency response training, table top drills, and other exercises as needed. Manage assets related to emergency response for the region.
Support EHS Operational needs for cluster territory.
