Kelly Services Accounts Payable Specialist in San Bernardino, California
Kelly Services is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist for a leading Fortune 100 company to join a collaborative team in San Bernardino, CA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring at least five years of experience, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
Maintain vendor files and ensure accurate, up-to-date information.
Issue vendor packets, set up credit terms, and complete required applications.
Review invoices for accuracy, post into EVO, and collaborate with Purchasing and Receiving teams to resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, pricing, and quantity issues.
Manage the accounts payable inbox, sort and download invoices, and keep email volume to a minimum.
Process check runs, distribute payments, and assist with end-of-month closing tasks including journal entries for accrued expenses.
5+ years of Accounts Payable experience within a large manufacturing company.
Intermediate Excel proficiency, strong organization, and time management skills.
Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and a mature, collaborative approach.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 100% onsite
Payrate: $23.00-28.00 an hour
