Team Member FF SA - 2nd Shift
Description
Operate molders, grinders, trim presses, testers and other manufacturing machinery and equipment
Perform hand operations such as trimming, assembly, soldering and packing
Set up and modify assembly and/or test equipment layouts as required
Maintain safe work environment and follow all safety standards
Report deviations from the normal production process (machine faults, tool malfunctions, material problems, etc...)
Report quality defects
Inspection of the parts in accordance with the worker-inspection plan or according to instruction before packing
Packaging of products in accordance with instructions
As part of TPM, maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace at all times
Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds on a regular basis
Some aspects of the job may require repetitive motion
Standing for majority of shift (Min 8 hour long shifts)
Significant amount of bending and twisting
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Works well in a team environment
Customer service oriented
Previous manufacturing experience
Experience with automotive supplier, OEM, or plastics industry is a plus
