Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

• Month-End Close: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

• Reconciliations: Perform and oversee account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights.

• Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and present findings to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
