Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst for a major credit union in San Antonio, TX. This candidate will be helping with a Salesforce Implementation throughout the credit unions sustainable home lending department. They will help with documenting current business processes, analyze, identify process inefficiencies and gaps, and advise on design of technical solutions to alleviate pain points, bottlenecks, and issues within the current processes and systems. They will be required to work closely with business stakeholders and other members of the team to gather and write user and business requirements and to communicate project statuses.

Skills and Requirements
2-3 years of experience in gathering business requirements, writing epics and user requirements
* Experience with process improvement
* Experience with Agile Principles and Frameworks, specifically Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
* Integrating legacy systems and other applications to Salesforce
* 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
Salesforce Administrator Certification null
