Job Summary:

Vighter LLC seeks full time Recruitment Coordinator to serve in the Business Support department. The position is responsible for providing support to the Recruitment Team to ensure efficient operation of the recruiting process. Employee will support candidates through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Recruitment Coordinator will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all assigned duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Performs tasks including but not limited to recruiting, screening/vetting, on-boarding, back-ground check, pre-employment drug screen, and other tasks as assigned.

  • Reviews and analyzes resumes using our in-house ATS software program and other platforms that are utilized by the company.

  • Reviews job descriptions to ensure that all essential elements are included, and that the job description accurately reflects job.

  • Posts jobs on appropriate platforms as necessary.

  • Assists recruitment team by ensuring that applicants complete application process on company ATS prior to interview process.

  • Assists in the review of employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.

  • Ensures licensure verification and document verification, prior to submittal of applicants.

  • Ensures that candidates are guided through the hiring process on the ATS.

  • Responsible for tracking the hire process from offer through credentialing and following up with candidates throughout the process.

  • Maintains consistent communication with Recruiters on status of their candidates.

  • Prepares Security packets for candidates as required by specific contracts/agencies.

  • Prepares Credential packets for candidates as required by specific contracts/agencies.

  • Ensures appropriate disposition of candidates on the ATS system.

  • Ensures communication between Operations and new hires.

  • Appropriately handle incoming and outgoing calls with messages as needed.

  • Performs document management to include scanning/uploading/downloading, filing, shredding, and organizing documents and files.

  • Request information from state/federal officials, previous employers, and other references to determine applicants' employment acceptability as necessary.

  • Completes tasks as otherwise assigned.

Recruitment Manager

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Must be organized and able to function in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.

  • Must be able to work with a high degree of autonomy and possess a strong work ethic.

  • Must possess knowledge of Human Resources principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, and personnel information systems.

  • Customer Service - This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, evaluation of customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service skill.

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.

  • The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.

  • Must communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.

  • Must communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.

Experience & Education:

  • 2 years of HR/Recruitment experience required.

  • High School Diploma is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Paycom is preferred.

  • Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Apple/Google/Chrome/Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with Google Applications is desired.

Travel:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Must have reliable transportation.

  • Some light travel in the local area may be required.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

  • Must be able to sit up to 8 hours per day in an office setting.

  • Must be able to use an elevator or walk up & down stairs.

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Must be able to read and interpret typewritten print.

  • Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear.
