ManpowerGroup QUA Technician in San Antonio, Texas
Our client, a leader in medical device technology, is seeking a QUA Technician to join their team. As a QUA Technician, you will be part of the Repair Department supporting the technical services team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: QUA Technician
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Range: $21 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform device repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and preventive maintenance on medical VAC equipment.
Execute quality control procedures for all repaired VAC devices prior to releasing them back to the customer.
Provide technical support over the telephone for customers, sales force, and third-party maintenance providers.
Assist in the research and development of 3M products and in testing and inspection of new products.
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and monitor the condition of tools and calibrated equipment.
What's Needed?
Experience in device repair and maintenance, preferably in a medical or technical environment.
Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
Ability to diagnose and execute repairs on electronic devices.
Strong communication skills for providing technical assistance.
Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
