Job Title: Entry level- Production

Job Description

As a Production Associate, your primary responsibilities will include repetitive lifting of product on production line to prepare for shipping.

Will be tasked with repetitive movement activities, preparing bundles for delivery, ensuring order accuracy, and managing inventory control.

This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards can increase your compensation.

Standard pay is $15/hr, eligible for up to $18 an hour if performance metrics are met or exceeded.

Skills needed:

  • Must have great, positive attitude and team player mindset, willing to help wherever needed

  • Repetitive movement tolerance

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs

Work Environment

  • This role is based in a non-climate-controlled, fast-paced environment.

  • The position offers a starting pay of $15 per hour

  • Includes shift differential of $0.75 for the 2nd shift (Mon – Fri 2:30 PM-11 PM) and $1 for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thur 10 PM-6:30 AM).

  • Additional compensation is available through performance incentives
