Job Description
• Review incoming jobs to determine workload and stage the work accordingly. • Oversee the prep process to ensure parts are being masked correctly according to the drawing. • Maintain proper chemical concentration in the wash system. • Maintain correct settings on powder coat booth to ensure we are sticking to our process. • Verify conformance of finished part to ensure that it meets specifications and are issued to the correct job. • Perform routine quality checks on each team member. • Perform daily maintenance duties and/or notify supervisor of any equipment-related issues that may require attention. • Maintain clean and orderly shop. • Maintain schedule for jobs and preventative maintenance. • Track output to ensure efficiency of production. • Maintain a daily routine operator checklist. • Meet weekly with the supervisor to provide updates and feedback on shop. • Comply with all company policies, rules, guidelines and behavior expectations. • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. The person will be performing the powder coating process in a paint booth to paint parts that will come by on an overhead conveyers.
