Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Enter and process title research orders into the company's database system, ensuring that all required information is captured with precision and in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Review entered data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specific project requirements, making necessary corrections or adjustments as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all title research orders, ensuring proper documentation of client interactions, order details, and any modifications made during the processing.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor the status of title research orders, update their progress, and communicate any delays or issues to the relevant teams or clients

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or certifications are a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with database systems and software applications used for data entry and tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
