Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $29 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
Maintenance, repair, and optimization of production equipment in a custom sign manufacturing environment
Ensuring that machinery, tools, and systems such as large-format digital printers, CNC routers, thermoforming equipment, vinyl application stations, and paint booths operate safely, efficiently, and reliably
Basic building and facilities maintenance
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, coordinating corrective actions to minimize production interruptions
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and repair work to support data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
Must pass background and drugscreen
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with hands-on experience maintaining production equipment
Familiarity with maintenance management software and the ability to leverage data for decision-making
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment and make quick, accurate decisions
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving custom or specialized production equipment
