Job Title: Facilities Technician

Job Description

As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for conducting basic troubleshooting and repairs throughout a commercial office building. Your duties will include patching drywall, installing and repairing light fixtures, handling minor plumbing and HVAC issues, performing minor electrical tasks such as wiring and rewiring, and general upkeep and organization of the office space. You will also need to be comfortable using a computer to manage emails and work orders.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in San Antonio, Texas.

Work Environment

You will work in a well-kept commercial office building from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with availability required on weekends when necessary. The building houses other tenants, and a friendly and professional demeanor will be essential.
