Insight Global Desktop Support Technician in San Antonio, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Technician in the San Antonio, TX area. The Desktop Technician will be installing and re-imaging desktops and laptops, both Apple and Dell products. They will be responding to Tier II support requests via email, phone, Teams, etc. They will be supporting an on-going PC refreshment project, and monitoring and performing hardware/software upgrades and fixes. They will have a customer script to follow, and will be expected to perform top-of-the-line support and customer service.

Skills and Requirements
* 2+ years experience as a desktop technician, client technician, etc.
* Experience installing and re-imaging desktops and laptops
* Prior experience performing a PC refreshment project as it relates to configuration changes, updates, upgrades
* Understanding of Windows 10
* Experience with the O365 suite- One Drive, Teams, Office Pro Plus
* Knowledge of both Dell and Apple hardware to include desktops and laptops null
