Randstad is currently looking for candidates for an Customer Service Representative in San Antonio,TX. The position involves handling 75-100 inbound calls daily, resolving issues related to payments, disputes, and fraud while navigating multiple systems. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, requiring strong communication, technical proficiency, and empathy. Performance is measured by call efficiency, customer feedback, and adherence to attendance and schedule expectations. Position: Customer Service Representative Location: San Antonio,TX 78215 Pay: $20/hr Schedule Details: Shift Days/Hours: 24 hour call center; schedules given before acceptance of offer Training Days/Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm 7 weeks of training EMPHASIZE NOT MISSING TIME DURING TRAINING

Responsibilities
You will work as a Customer Service Rep with Consumer Lending and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.
Researching cases independently
Types of calls include: Payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers
Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances
Inbound Call Center: 75-100 calls per day (higher volume calls in the earlier shifts)
Calls around 3-5 minute approximately
Calls are back to back and sometimes a breather in between calls
Will transfer more escalated calls to another department
