Description We are on the hunt for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry, located in San Antonio, Texas, 78222, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing and improving current processes, managing relationships with various departments, and providing data analytics to support initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve existing processes and procedures to align with the business growth and technological needs.

• Develop strong relationships and integrate with operational and support departments to meet departmental goals.

• Stay updated with emerging business trends related to finance, business systems, and enterprise goals.

• Collaborate with all areas of the enterprise to develop and improve existing business systems.

• Train, develop and collaborate with internal customers and Finance/IT staff on utilization of newly developed procedures/tools to ensure consistent application and understanding.

• Provide data analytics and conceptual skills to support initiatives and projects for all stakeholders.

• Develop extensive documentation to support business systems and applications for the enterprise.

• Work safely at all times and adhere to all applicable safety policies.

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Deliver targeted results within determined time frames and achieve overall customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst role within the Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• Extensive experience with Business Systems

• Proven experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

• Demonstrated ability to perform Gap Analysis

• Familiarity with AB Testing

• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment

• Proven skills in Backlog Grooming

• Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Functions

• Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents

• Experience with Dynamics software

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Power BI

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
