Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in San Antonio, Texas, United States. The selected individual will play a crucial role in the development, optimization, and maintenance of our business systems and processes. The industry we operate in is fast-paced and innovative, and the workplace environment is collaborative and dynamic.

Responsibilities:

• Leveraging your skills in Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and CRM tools to streamline business processes and enhance system efficiency.

• Developing and implementing business process conversion and implementation plans for new systems or enhancements to existing ones.

• Conducting acceptance testing of new business systems and system enhancements to ensure programming aligns with detailed specifications.

• Utilizing software such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to create informational literature, user manuals, and aid in the development of training material for technology-based solutions.

• Monitoring, maintaining, and adjusting business systems and applications as necessary.

• Conducting workshops and lean events to facilitate value stream analysis and business process flow mapping.

• Engaging in Gap Analysis, Agile Scrum, and Backlog Grooming to improve business processes and functions.

• Developing process metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

• Seeking innovative solutions and challenging the status quo to drive positive outcomes for the business.

• Observing all applicable safety requirements and reporting immediately any unsafe practices or conditions.

• Undertaking special projects as assigned by the team lead or manager. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

• Solid understanding of business systems and their implementation.

• Experience with CRM systems is necessary.

• Ability to conduct Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in business processes.

• Knowledge of AB Testing methods and their application in business scenario.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.

• Experience in Backlog Grooming to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.

• Understanding of various Business Process Functions and their impact on business operations.

• Proven ability to prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and analysis. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
