What you'll do:
The Program manager is a member of the Site Management Team, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Residential Center. Primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the daily operations to ensure the Rite of Passage program is being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State, and Local licensing requirements.
To be considered, you should:
Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (master's degree preferred).
Four years of experience directing programs and comprehensive case management and direct services
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a current State Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, TB test.
