Description:OverviewAre you ready to make more money than ever before and still have a life?Are you looking for a fun and enjoyable environment?Look no further, ESCO Heating and Air is searching for an HVAC Lead Installer to provide a 5-star customer experience through a complete and professionally installed HVAC residential retrofit system.Pay - $25 to $35 per hour DOE plus bonusesResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities *Install HVAC Systems *Successfully perform all installations at a high proficiency level to customer's satisfaction. *Inform customers of company's products and services including the company club membership plan. *Understand and follow proper installation procedures. *Grow and develop personal and technical skills. *Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC installation *Attend weekly training meetings *Basic understanding of smart technology as all transactions are done electronically using a tablet QualificationsA High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred as well as a minimum of two (2) years of electrical/HVAC trades service training or completion of an approved training program. A minimum of 2-4 years of HVAC or new construction experience is also required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. EPA certification and advanced knowledge of basic carpentry, gas piping, electricity and air flow is required. A valid driver's license is required.
