Ushers create a welcoming environment for patrons to Kingsbury Hall as the faces of UtahPresents. They efficiently prepare the space then ensure patrons, artists, and staff have a safe and enjoyable experience from the time their ticket is scanned, to their safe departure from the venue. In the event of emergency, Ushers are the expert in safety procedures and work together to enact the safety plan.
