Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Technical Project Manager with solid experience in cross functional team initiatives for IT Standards Management and specifically leveraging Policy Management Software. Key areas of responsibility will involve moving existing and new technology standards into service management tool sets and further automating the controls, analysis, monitoring, and reporting. A good understanding of ServiceNow solutions, data analytics, and process automation experience are critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new technology standards’ onboarding process that includes automation of compliance monitoring and reporting

  • Build a core team to drive automation of compliance for all technology standards

  • Coordinate with SMEs from all IT domain groups to drive manual oversight to a minimum

  • Assess initiative progress and report status to executive levels

  • Work with Audit and Risk to support regulatory assessments of technology

    Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of direct experience managing cross-functional teams in enterprise technology initiatives

  • Extensive knowledge of software engineering, systems analysis, and process automation

  • Experience writing and editing technical standards to ensure proper procedures and controls are in place

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related degree. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

  • Ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and manage collaborative efforts with shared resources.
