The Structural Project Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely coordination of project construction schedules, cost, and documentation to ensure projects deliver on time and on budget while meeting the final project scope requirements.

    Duties/Responsibilities of the Job

  • Documentation and Construction Schedule Review

    Review, understand, and coordinate all project requirements and production/delivery schedules with vendors, customers internal and external.

  • Communication

    Communicate with customers and vendors and document any schedule, material and/or cost impact to our scope of work.

  • Change Order Management

    Review internal scope change documentation, request pricing from vendors, and generating change orders follow-up and document as required.

  • Billing Projections

    Update Accounts Receivable monthly with projected invoice amounts based on coordinated delivery schedules.

  • Relationship Management

    Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.

    Requirements of the job:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with joist and deck or steel construction or Project management.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Bluebeam, ProCore and other cloud-based apps., Smartsheet, etc.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal relations skills.

  • Knowledge and proficiency with procedures and processes.
