Randstad is seeking financial professionals for the executive complaints office for a large financial institution in Salt Lake City. This role is a long-term contract to hire opportunity that starts in office but ultimately transitions to a hybrid model where you will work one week in the office and one week at home. Responsibilities
Review customer's complaints for risks
Respond independently to complaints escalated at the highest level.
Communicate with customers via phone (5-10 calls a day) and in writing (written letters)
Interact with internal and external customers to resolve their issues.
Providing resolutions to customers over phone
Work within a case management system to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
Being able to handle cases at different stages of their life
Working through a pipeline, receiving new cases daily, while also keeping up with existing cases until they are closed
Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, conduct investigative steps to identify the issues, and process complex transactions online.
