What you'll do The Senior Sales Director of Grocery and Small Format spearheads tru fru's growth and sales strategies. This role encompasses overseeing a high-performing sales team, crafting comprehensive channel strategies, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels. You will play a key role in molding the company's long-term strategic plans and fostering collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to bolster overall business expansion. Responsibilities include leading and nurturing the sales team to achieve quality growth objectives, formulating and implementing robust channel strategies, overseeing the development of multi-year strategic plans for customer acquisition and retention, managing brokers to ensure the achievement of shared objectives, devising a comprehensive vision and plan for retail trade marketing, prioritizing customer value through resource allocation, collaborating with cross-functional leaders for holistic business growth, focusing on executing high-value initiatives, and implementing an omni-channel strategy across the assigned channel.
