University of Utah Salesforce Administrator in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
The Information Services (IS) department within University Advancement at the University of Utah is excited to bring on a Salesforce Administrator to our strong and capable team. The IS department is comprised of data and systems professionals and provides direct support to all departments within the University Advancement division. With significant growth in the broader University Advancement organization, the IS department is growing its team to provide continued reliable and high-quality service to University Advancement end-users.The Salesforce Administrator supports the management of Salesforce for the University of Utah Advancement Office Salesforce Org. This position is responsible for the secure and efficient management of data within the system, troubleshooting issues, developing declarative and as feasible non-declarative enhancements, reviewing and collaborating with other team members on enhancements including Business Analysts, Data Analysts, developers, and other administrators, maintaining and analyzing backups, supporting end users and documenting technical processes.
