Route Driver - Warehouse Support

Position Summary

Build Sterilization loads weekly, oversee all sterile product leaving and coming back into the building. Move built product from White, Blue and Green room to designated area. Maintains department cleanliness and exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure goods are handled and stored in a manner consistent with company policies and GMP procedures

• Coordinate and process incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to the proper department/warehouse.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments with the appropriate logistics services.

• Maintain facility in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations and company procedures.

• Perform Zone counting as instructed.

• Initiate inventory adjustments for inventory accuracy

• Drive and pick up Sterilization loads from outside vendors.

• Maintain a clean work environment and truck.

• Pickup deliveries for other departments as assigned.
• Build Sterilization loads using I factory.
• Bring product from White, Blue and Green room for staging.
• Receive RGA's.
• Move RGA's to stock, scrap or to shipping once disposition is done by IQA.
• Move product around in finished goods area to ensure stocking room and Organization.
• Daily Cycle Counts.
• Zone Counting as assigned.
• Water and maintain forklift charging area.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of shipping, loading and off-loading of trailers, commercial invoices, and international shipments

• Receive and maintain forklift training and operator certification

• Fix Oracle errors as needed.

• Must be able to read, write, perform basic calculations, and navigate through complex computer programs accurately.

• Must have good oral and written skills and able to work with minimum supervision.

• Must have open availability and able to work OT as needed.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Oracle experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• Previous warehousing experience required, Minimum of 3 years.
• Requires High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Extensive forklift experience is required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid driver's license.

Travel Requirements

• Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
• Must be able to sit or drive forklift for long periods of time.
