As a Digital Advertising Coordinator, you will be responsible for interactive advertising campaigns including scheduling, launching, monitoring, and analyzing these campaigns. This position will report to the Ad Operations Supervisor and is part of the Ad Ops/Trafficking team.

Responsibilities: - Independently schedule and launch interactive advertising campaigns in timely and accurate manner using ad management software - Learn and follow the specific procedures for campaign implementation using GAM and other ad management systems unaided - Provide continuous campaign support and service to sales professionals at one's discretion - Interface with the Sales, Creative and Development teams to collect creative assets, troubleshoot technical issues, and correctly implement rich media creative and campaign targeting parameters by oneself - Proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction; provide suggestions for optimization apart from management direction - Independently generate and manipulate reports from GAM, Google Analytics, Data studio and other ad management systems, and analyze campaign and network data using Excel - Carefully review creative submissions (jpg, gif, HTML5, JavaScript) and ensure that they adhere to technical specifications and ad policy - Provide technical guidance to clients and vendors as needed without direction - Implement classifieds products listings feeds for new clients and adjust existing client setups as requested using internally developed tools - Troubleshoot classifieds product features and listings issues with sales and clients - Autonomously manage projects as assigned - Create custom tracking pixels for client implementation and for implementation through GTM on client's behalf - Become a subject matter expert on assigned product platform, and work autonomously and independently to provide product improvement recommendations - Attend sprint reviews to provide updates & recommendations for improvements - Independently formulate sales strategies and provide recommendations on products

  • Manage advertising verifications (Screenshots, sales rep communication, calendar updates)
  • Independently manage and be responsible for capturing business and system processes, design and improve future processes and present recommendations
  • Independently manage error resolutions for positive outcomes for all stakeholders
  • Independently manage off hour's emergency resolutions Qualifications:
  • Experience in online advertising, Google Analytics, programmatic buying, GTM, GAM preferred
  • Experience entering data into software programs and performing tasks which require accuracy, efficiency, and technical skill
  • Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
  • College or university degree with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sciences is preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Office, and/or CRM tool
  • Familiar with computer coding language, specifically HTML, JavaScript
  • Quick learner, analyti cal thinker and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical

Skills - Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks - Familiar with advertising and online media
