We are looking for anEngineer - Maintenanceto support the delivery of business objectives through the application of defect elimination, root cause analysis, project management, and technical support of on-site maintenance execution, operations and project teams. Reporting to the Reliability and Maintenance Engineer Manager and in a collaborative community, you will be: * Engineering and troubleshooting support of maintenance execution and operations teams * Identification, ownership and implementation of initiatives to deliver improvements in safety, asset performance, and cost * Capital project validation and delivery support * Initiation and facilitation of root cause analysis to mitigate acute and chronic asset failures * Reconciliation of production loss accounting data What you'll bring * A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team * Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), or 5 years of equivalent experience * 2+ years of experience in engineering maintenance roles * Demonstrated experience in delivering continuous improvement initiatives and projects * Experience with Defect Elimination processes and Root Cause Analysis methodology * Experience working in a fixed plant environment, failure analysis, and smelting * Demonstrated knowledge of SAP or equivalent CMMS * Lean Six Sigma methodology experience or Black Belt Certification What we offer We are committed to providing our employees with a generous benefits package.
