Description
The Maintenance Coordinator position provides Preventative Maintenance Parts (PM) kits to our customers that service their own equipment. The Maintenance Coordinator helps the customer manage their PM services by tracking their machines proactively for them, communicating that their machines are due for service and then placing the orders for the shipment of PM parts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Track the timing for parts orders, order parts, coordinates delivery options at time of parts need
This position is critical to the fulfillment of parts support CVA agreements with customers
This position will work with maintenance services team to develop opportunities
Communicate with internal and external customers by phone, e-mail, text, and in person
Develop relationships with customers to expand service offerings
Works with the maintenance services team to coordinate labor efforts
Manages tasks through a continuous improvement cycle, finding lean and effective ways to accomplish tasks.
Dedicated to always working safely and promoting safe work practices with colleagues
Excellent organizational skills
Adapts well to new technology.
Experienced with Microsoft office, spreadsheets, and internet-based programs
Ability to track and analyze data for the timing of parts orders and deliveries
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Effective communication skills, able to connect with others and develop business relationships
Must work well independently, and alongside colleagues as needed by project
Performs other work duties as assigned
Qualifications
Knowledge of heavy equipment and preventative maintenance
Experience with DBS, SIS, ServiceLink and VisionLink a plus
Experience with parts ordering and maintenance tracking a plus
