Oversees all operations within a particular function of grants and contracts management. The Associate Director identifies and fully understands key customer requirements and implements best practice tools, processes, and procedures to achieve exceptional customer service aligned with research goals. This position is responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and auditing functions of all services.Develops and implements policies, programs and financial objectives for assigned departments in relation to grants and contract functions. Participates in preparing department budgets and in setting department goals. Ensures continuity and quality customer service between University departments and community.
