A prestigious firm based in Salt Lake City is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team! You’ll play a crucial role in risk management and control, safeguarding the firm's assets and reputation. Specifically, you'll work in our operations division, supporting trading, booking, and reconciliation for clients.
As a financial analyst you will have the opportunity to engage with new product development, process asset servicing events, and provide expertise for system enhancements and regulatory compliance. You'll be instrumental in optimizing workflows and digitizing alternative documents, making a tangible impact on our business success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborate with Technology and Business teams to tackle intricate trading challenges.
Offer trade assistance to Sales Teams in Private Wealth Management.
Assist in trade booking and settlement processes.
Conduct trade reconciliations and generate ad-hoc reports to minimize risk and enhance issue visibility.
Provide expertise and testing aid for continuous system improvements and regulatory projects.
What You Bring To The Role:
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to process improvement initiatives while also excelling as an independent self-starter.
Uphold commitment to quality controls and procedures.
Ability to stay composed under pressure and adeptly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
