If youre selected, well train you so you can answer with confidence. As a specialist youll be making updates to accounts and writing letters to account owners, so you need to have basic computer skills and experience with programs such as Word and Excel.You will also spend time entering data, including working with numbers, so you will need to have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Because youll be talking with account owners or others interested in our plan, you need to have excellent communication skills. As a member of our professional team, you will be joining a hard-working group that is serious about providing exceptional service to account owners.
