What you'll do..... The Customer Manager of Small Format at tru fru plays a pivotal role in both driving quality growth and laying critical foundation for tru fru's long term success in assigned channels (Drug, C-Store, Specialty). With the guidance of the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing business relationships with a wide range of customers across the diverse small format universe. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and solidifying tru fru's position as a key player in the competitive small format market. The candidate will also be responsible to manage the broker agency relationship to drive the company goals and objectives. Job Aspects: Strategic Account Management: * Take the lead in strategically identifying and prioritizing key accounts within the Small Format Channel. * Implement targeted sales strategies to foster lasting partnerships, ultimately expanding the distribution and visibility of tru fru products. Relationship Building: * Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and store managers at various Small Format outlets. * Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. * Collaborate closely with broker partners to execute business initiatives successfully. Sales Performance Optimization: * Continuously assess sales performance metrics, market trends, and consumer preferences within Small Format. * Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and overcome potential challenges effectively. Product Training and Merchandising Support: * Conduct regular store visits to provide comprehensive product training, ensure optimal product placement, and support merchandising efforts in alignment with tru fru's brand guidelines. * Offer guidance to store staff on promoting tru fru products effectively to maximize sales potential. * Travel to trade shows and customer meetings to nurture and grow the business.
