ROLE PURPOSE AND METRICS
Role Purpose :
The role of a Project Coordinator is to support the project management team within the BPO function in executing projects efficiently. The primary purpose is to assist in coordination, documentation, and communication, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
Job Metrics:
Assigned tasks completed within specified deadlines.
Minimize errors and discrepancies in project documentation.
Satisfactory feedback from stakeholders.
AREAS OF PERFORMANCE
Core Tasks:
Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes and action items.Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.Track project tasks, milestones, and timelines.Assist in the preparation of project status reports.
Support the coordination efforts of assigned projects.Report project status and issues to the Project Manager.
Documentation/Governance :
Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring it aligns with established standards.
Implement and adhere to project governance frameworks, following organizational guidelines.

Planning :
Contribute to project planning by tracking tasks, deadlines, and resource utilization.
Assist in the development of project plans, ensuring they align with project objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or a related field or equivalent work experience.
1-2+ years’ experience in project coordinating, or similar experience in business operations/management.
Basic understanding of project coordination principles.
Familiarity with industry terminology and standards.
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of project coordination principles.
Display familiarity with basic project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
Exposure to entry-level technical concepts.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to follow process but to remain flexible in achieving project objectives.
Curious, interested in new products and technologies.
Engages quickly, remains highly engaged regardless of frustrations and obstacles.
Motivated, eager to learn and demonstrate values, able to learn independently, research via multiple sources and finds information as needed.

Potential and limited domestic travel for business meetings.
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Proficiency in basic project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
