University of Utah Absence Management Analyst II in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

Administer, coordinate, and help facilitate leaves of absence (including FMLA, medical, non-health, military and parental), workers compensation and disability claims. Work closely with other areas such as ADA, Benefits, Employee Relations and Academic Affairs. Capture, analyze, and report on HR trends, business processes, market data, and/or other information. Perform research and analysis.This position is hybrid, so the incumbent will be required to work at least one day per week onsite, but will also be able to telecommute.
