Job description: Housekeeper/Laundry Supervisor - Full Time
Pay/Hours: \$17.00/hr + depending on experience 32-40 hours per week

POSITION SUMMARY:
To assist in the management and direction of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality is always maintained. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide assistance as necessary to personnel, make rounds to ensure personnel perform work assignments, ensure new employees are properly trained, develop work assignments and schedules, determines staffing levels to meet the needs of the residents and ensures that sufficient number of employees are scheduled to meet the daily cleaning needs of each resident and the facility, ensure that adequate stock levels of supplies and equipment are maintained, ensure that equipment is cleaned and properly stored at the end of the shift
Clean and sanitizes resident rooms and common areas, vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep and mop floors, sanitize bed frames and mattresses, clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops, replenish toiletries and towels and stock supplies, empty trash receptacles.

Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills.
