At ATS, you have the opportunity to make a change in the life of a child. As a Behavior Health Technician, you will use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide personalized behavior support services in homes and/or community settings. Professional experience working with children or individuals with disabilities? Ex: Nanny, Day Care Professional, Teacher, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional/TSS, Direct Support Professionals or,
Educational experience in a field that relates to our industry? Ex: Psychology, Education/Special Education, Sociology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work.
Proof of high school diploma or transcripts and are you at least 18 years old?
A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record and your own reliable vehicle? Ride sharing and public transportation are not permitted for this position.
Ability to work during evenings and after school hours? Client sessions are typically after school, Monday-Friday, and 2-6 hours in length.
Ability to start working in a part time role as we develop and grow your caseload.
Ability to use technology for documentation completion and administrative responsibilities?

Be a part of the ongoing success and achievement of our young clients by focusing on their strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
Carry out individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support our young clients within the home and community setting.
Collect data as defined within the plan and record in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
Help to guide and support families and caregivers to implement new skills.
