Description

In the role of Senior Accountant, you will handle the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, the analysis and reconciliations of accounts, and the analysis of cash flow. You will also establish budgets and forecasts, prepare audits, and manage internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Exceptional analytical skills are required to excel in this role. Responsibilities
Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary
Apply oneself to various department-wide initiatives
Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)
Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management
Strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP
Requirements
3+ years of overall general accounting experience
Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
Efficient in ERP systems
Vow to meet business deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
BA/BS in Accounting
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Skill with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
Manufactured Products experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Full Cycle Payroll
Proficiency in GAAP Accounting
Demonstrated knowledge of month end closings
General ledger experience preferred
Adeptness in Accounts Payable (AP)
