Job Opportunity: Financial Analyst (Hybrid)
Position Type: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
Location: Salem, OR
Training: All training will be conducted onsite
We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role! This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35.00 and a flexible work schedule, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile and analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
Develop comprehensive revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy of financial records.
Identify trends and developments in competitive markets and present findings to senior management.
Perform financial forecasting and reconcile internal accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or a related area.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to lead, direct others, and handle multiple complex tasks.
High degree of creativity and latitude in problem-solving.
