Job Opportunity: Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Position Type: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour

Location: Salem, OR

Training: All training will be conducted onsite

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role! This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35.00 and a flexible work schedule, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze financial data to support business decision-making.

  • Develop comprehensive revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy of financial records.

  • Identify trends and developments in competitive markets and present findings to senior management.

  • Perform financial forecasting and reconcile internal accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or a related area.

  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • Ability to lead, direct others, and handle multiple complex tasks.

  • High degree of creativity and latitude in problem-solving.
