Summary:
We are actively seeking exemplary candidates to become a Project Manager Trainee with our Stusser Electric in Salem, OR. We provide the tools and training for learning the ins and outs of one of the nation’s fastest growing industries. In this position, you will be exposed to various roles in each facet of the company, gaining experience in Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Purchasing, Office Operations and more. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, exemplifies stellar time management and communication skills, and is excited to be empowered and involved in business goals and initiatives. This role is intended to provide the tools and training for being a successful Project Manager within the company.
Reports to: Profit Center Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Business Admin; Business Mgmt., etc.) or Equivalent Work Experience
Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to solve complex problems

Working Conditions:
Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office, and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments may include some travel; both by car and by air.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Essential Job Functions:
Learning all aspects of the CED business
Attending classes online as well as in-person at various locations
On the job training and mentoring
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with customers and vendors
Goal planning with PC Manager and regular collaboration and feedback with senior Project Managers
