Navient Lead Product Analyst - Remote, US in Salem, Oregon

The Lead Product Analyst position will report to the Manager of Analytics.

As the Lead Product Analyst, you will:

  • Manage and coach a team of skilled product analysts

  • Play a key role in supporting our Product, Design, and Engineering teams by uncovering insights and providing meaningful recommendations to drive our product strategy

  • Apply your deep knowledge of product analytics by governing analytic event implementation via Segment, designing statistically sound A/B tests, and owning measurement of features across all areas of our lending and engagement products

  • Identify areas of opportunity and create processes to incorporate product analytics throughout the product development lifecycle

Your Impact:

  • Proactively and regularly unlock product insights to drive performance and inform product strategy

  • Become the relied-upon analytics partner for our Product, Design, and Engineering teams

  • Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture through your strategic insights and strong presentation and data storytelling skills

About You:

  • 6+ years of experience in a data analytics role

  • 3+ years of experience in a product analytics role

  • Experience measuring large scale product features from zero to 1

  • Expert at using Segment and Amplitude

  • Deep understanding and experience using feature flagging and A/B testing software to measure success

  • Experience performing deep dive analysis to unlock insights against feature launches against tight timelines

  • Deep understanding of A/B test design in context of launching features

  • Experience working cross functionally with Product, Design and Engineering teams

A little about our pay philosophy: We take pride in compensating our employees fairly and equitably. We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary, determined primarily based on a candidate’s location. Earnest takes a market-based approach, categorizing U.S. locations into one of five zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, and budget. This range may be modified in the future.
