WorkSource Oregon Construction Project Coordinator in SALEM, Oregon

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Develop and oversee building maintenance and construction projects for the Facilities Management Division of Business Services, including developing project specifications and scope, scheduling, estimating project costs, contracting, procurement, and contractor management. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS 1. Associate degree in architectural engineering or construction technology and three years of experience in construction inspection or construction management including two years of construction project management experience; OR 2. Bachelor\'s degree in construction management, business administration, architecture or engineering and one year of project management experience; OR 3. Any satisfactory combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position, as determined by Marion County. PREFERENCES 1. Public sector construction project management experience. 2. Microsoft Project experience.
