Insight Global HR Manager in Salem, New Hampshire

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a 7-month contract in Salem, NH, starting in October to cover an employees leave. This individual will primarily provide support to a 24/7 call center and various business departments within an insurance organization. This manager will own the entire HR process and strategy for the organization supporting 100+ employees. This includes but not limited to, employee relations / engagement, orientations, compliance, enforce policies, onboarding, offboarding, compensation, timesheets, recruiting, benefits, performance reviews, and terminations. The HR Manager will establish a relationship with leader and will also be the Workday contact and will be able to utilize the tool in most aspects of the role.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years as an HR Manager

 Owned all HR processes

o Employee relations, timesheets, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance reviews, and HR related projects

 Strong background in employee relations and comp planning

 Strong with navigating both to HRIS and ATS

 Excellent communication and professionalism

 Comfortable with taking late night calls for performance or disciplinary related conversations

 Bachelor's degree in HR or related field Experience with Workday, specifically supporting employees with questions on the system

 Global recruiting experience

 Previous involvement in special HR projects or initiatives null
