Hyatt Front Desk Host in SALALAH, Oman

Description:

  1. To check-in /out guests in accordance with established standards

  2. Know and adhere to the following policies & procedures:

  3. Rebates

  4. Cash Advance

  5. Travelers Checks

  6. Credit Cards

  7. Paid Out

  8. Provide/close safety deposit boxes for guests

  9. Exchange money for guests in accordance with the hotel’s foreign exchange policy & procedure.

  10. Pay attention to all of guest in Lobby area.

Telephone

  1. Operate the switchboard

  2. Place requested wake-up calls

  3. Ensure all calls are answered courteously, efficiently and timely

  4. Bill guests for manual calls in accordance with established policy

  5. Ensure incoming faxes for guests are complete, legible and delivered to the room within 15 minutes after receipt.
