医療機器（人口呼吸器、CPAP/睡眠検査装置など）の定期メンテナンス、修理などをメインに担当し、医療関係者と患者の方々が安心して当社製品をお使いいただけるようサービス提供をするカスタマーサポートポジションです。
単品修理に留まらず、チーム間の調整やトラブル解決等、マネージャーサポートが行えて
技術者として、お客様に質の高いサービス提供を行うことを目標に継続的にレベルアップして頂ける方のご応募をお待ちしております。
仕事内容：
医療機器の据付・定期点検・修理作業
顧客の問題を迅速かつ効果的にエスカレーションする
顧客・社内への迅速な報告・提案を実施する
エンジニアの業務に必要な技術・・調査報告書作成スキルと知識を育成する
担当機器の技術力向上に継続的に取り組む
品質方針に基づいて特定された機器の安全性の問題を報告する
保守・修理業務に関する顧客への提案・修理請求作業
応募資格
【必須（MUST）】
■以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
・大学の理系学部、専門学校、高専などで電気・電子・機械・情報・医療技術関連のいずれかを専攻していた方
・社会人でも技術的な基礎知識を用いて従事されていた方
■英語力
・英語力は特に求めませんが、一般レベル（高校学習程度）の英語力は必要となるので英語にそこまでの抵抗がない方
■その他
・WORD、EXCELを利用でき、謝罪を伴うようなセンシティブな内容の報告書作成やデータ分析を行うスキルのある方をお待ちしております。
【歓迎（WANT）】
・フィールドサービスエンジニア経験の経験があればなお可
・技術的なカスタマーサポート経験あればなお可
・電気電子・流体力学の知識・経験があればなお可
労働条件
【契約期間】期間の定めなし
【試用期間】試用期間あり（原則として入社日より 6 ヶ月）
【就業場所】日本全国 Open（現時点では川越）
【就業時間】9:00～17:30 ※フレックス制度の対象となります。（コアタイムなし）
【休憩時間】原則として 12:00～13:00
【休日】毎週土（所定休日）、日曜日（法定休日）、国民の祝日、年末年始（12 月 29 日～
1 月 4 日）
【休暇】年次有給休暇 初年度最大 20 日間付与（入社月によって変動あり）、Care Leave（年
間最大 10 日間付与）、Sick Leave ほか
【時間外労働】あり ※通常残業 20～60 時間ほど
