What’s a typical day as Data Entry / Operations Technician? You’ll be:

• Logging and processing direct and assumed claim movements, providing essential support for the claims team.

• Inputting, reviewing, and updating data into IRIS, including new claim setups, payments, reserves, and claim file notes.

• Monitoring and maintaining client email accounts, and completing claims-related spreadsheets.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in an office environment.

• Possess strong accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

• Are adaptable to changes in the work environment and can manage competing demands effectively.
