Job Description: Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Bilingual to join its team at its corporate headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. This individual will be part of assuring secure processing of customer orders and deliveries. We are seeking a candidate who is bilingual (fluent) in English and Spanish.
- Inbound customer and member orders
- Liaison with the company's Field Service Representatives, along with customers, agencies, and Case Managers
- Data Entry of customer orders into company ERP and other programs
